Account Registration
Advertisers and publishers must register on the platform. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if false information is provided.
Pay-Per-Call Charges
Advertisers agree to pay for qualified calls based on the agreed-upon rates. Charges are transparent and outlined in the platform. Pay-Per-Call reserves the right to adjust rates with reasonable notice.
Quality Assurance
Pay-Per-Call employs anti-fraud technology to filter irrelevant calls. Advertisers will only be charged for legitimate, qualified leads. Disputes regarding lead quality will be resolved promptly through our dedicated support channels.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), are agreed upon during the onboarding process. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
Privacy and Data Security
Pay-Per-Call is committed to protecting user privacy and adheres to applicable data protection laws. Advertisers and publishers agree not to misuse any user data obtained through the platform.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Pay-Per-Call reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms, fraud, or any other reason deemed necessary.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Digicove, including logos, software, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Pay-Per-Call provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform’s performance, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.
